Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping: We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at supportcervana@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it at no extra cost.
